Successor Sought: Fully Equipped Sushi Restaurant, Including Delivery Fleet & Loyal

After more than five successful years, we are selling our established location for personal reasons. Whoever takes over this business isn’t taking a gamble—they’re taking over a functioning, profitable system with a loyal customer base, well-established processes, and consistently strong sales. We’ve been recognized multiple times as a top restaurant on Lieferando. The demand is there. The brand is established. The processes work. The concept is specifically designed to be suitable for those new to the industry. Prior experience as a sushi chef is not required. All processes are standardized, clearly documented, and easy to learn through hands-on training. Onboarding is structured! In addition, two successfully operating ghost kitchens will be included in the transfer. These generate revenue independently and offer further growth potential. Important: The business currently specializes in delivery service, and this is precisely where there is enormous additional potential. The following opportunities have not yet been fully exploited: • Extended operating hours • More intensive marketing • Expansion of on-site dining, including all-you-can-eat or à la carte options Anyone who consistently leverages these opportunities can significantly increase revenue. Key Data: • Approx. 200 m² of space • €1,550 base rent • Capacity for over 25 seats • Fully equipped kitchen, including refrigeration, exhaust ventilation, and POS system • Seamless continuation of operations possible Locations like this—with consistent profits, strong margins, and additional room for growth—rarely come on the market.

Well-established restaurant, hotel, and catering company with an industrial kitchen

- A well-established second-generation restaurant and catering business: The company has established itself in the region as a reliable provider and offers a well well-established restaurant business as well as a successful catering division. - Property with restaurant and hotel rooms: The property includes a rustic-style restaurant area as well as 9 hotel rooms, 4 of which were designed as new construction. In addition, 2 new hotel rooms are currently under construction. The entire hotel area can either continue to operate as a hotel or be repurposed for alternative room rentals. - Industrial-standard kitchen for catering: The modern industrial-standard kitchen enables the company to deliver up to 1,200 meals daily to county administrative offices, schools, and kindergartens. - Additional living space: The owner occupies 110 square meters of living space in the property, which can be converted into additional rentable rooms if needed. - Sustainability through a photovoltaic system: On the roof of the property is a photovoltaic system that contributes to the sustainable energy supply of the company. - Individual purchase options: The hotel, the restaurant, and the catering business can be acquired individually or as a complete package, depending on the interests of the potential buyer. - Staff and vehicle fleet included: The entire staff—for catering, restaurants, and the hotel—will remain with the company upon acquisition. Likewise, a fleet of vehicles for delivering catering meals is available. - Financial Situation: Due to personal setbacks over the past years, the owner was no longer able to maintain his original work hours, which has led to declines in revenue and profit. However, these declines, however, are not due to a fundamental lack of profitability, but rather to the owner’s changed working conditions. - Potential for Investors: Thanks to its many years of experience, its strong reputation, and the diverse opportunities for expansion an attractive opportunity for strategic investors or entrepreneurs who wish to expand their portfolio.

Buying a company vs. buying a firm

Buying a company means acquiring an independent organizational unit that regularly carries out an economic activity. A company can consist of one or several business operations. An individual can also found such an independent unit if they regularly carry out an economic activity — in that case it is called a sole proprietorship. As a rule, sole proprietors don't have to register in the commercial register; without that registration, they don't legally count as a "firm." A trade name, colloquially a "firm," is the name under which a company or sole proprietor appears publicly and conducts its business. Buying "a firm" therefore technically means acquiring the company's name or trading name. In everyday use, though, it's used interchangeably with buying a company — i.e. acquiring the entire business.
