Well-established temporary staffing agency in Bavaria – Asset Deal

As part of an asset deal, the operating business of a temporary staffing agency established in 2009 is available for acquisition. The company has 18 external employees, 3 internal employees with experience in temporary staffing, and 39 clients, primarily from the skilled trades sector. Note: The transfer of internal employees must be finalized with the seller. The operational focus is on providing technical and skilled trades support staff. A well-established internal team with many years of experience, long-standing client relationships, and a largely consistent pricing structure form a solid operational foundation. The average length of service for the internal team is 16 years. For a strategic acquirer, the transaction offers, in particular, the opportunity to rapidly expand its own presence in this economically strong metropolitan area. The business is well-suited as a regional bolt-on for existing staffing service platforms: access to clients and personnel is complemented by a streamlined support structure, while recruiting, administration, and other central functions can be integrated into existing structures in the future. The acquisition enables an immediate expansion of the customer base and workforce—without the time- and resource-intensive organic growth through new customer acquisition and recruiting—and thus creates an attractive foundation for rapidly expanding its regional market share.

An independently operated 24/7 dispatch and scheduling organization (365 days a year) serves private and business customers. Revenue is derived from a balanced mix of on-demand trips, advance bookings, and recurring contract trips—ensuring predictable, robust capacity utilization and low dependence on individual customer groups. The well-maintained, customer-oriented fleet is designed for comfortable, professional transportation and also accommodates group trips and accessible transportation. The company offers discreet, service-oriented services, including shuttle and transfer services as well as organized trips under client agreements. Buying a company vs. buying a firm

Buying a company means acquiring an independent organizational unit that regularly carries out an economic activity. A company can consist of one or several business operations. An individual can also found such an independent unit if they regularly carry out an economic activity — in that case it is called a sole proprietorship. As a rule, sole proprietors don't have to register in the commercial register; without that registration, they don't legally count as a "firm." A trade name, colloquially a "firm," is the name under which a company or sole proprietor appears publicly and conducts its business. Buying "a firm" therefore technically means acquiring the company's name or trading name. In everyday use, though, it's used interchangeably with buying a company — i.e. acquiring the entire business.
