The scope of the acquisition includes a proven training concept, proprietary digital learning content, automated booking and CRM processes, and the necessary technical and operational equipment. The offer is complemented by two training boats, including trailers and equipment; a documented customer history with approximately 500 customers; and five instructors ready to join the business.
