5-year-old trading company (GmbH) based in Berlin—Sale/Investment

Due to time constraints and a change in career focus, I would like to sell my company—which I built with a great deal of love, time, and patience—or offer a stake in it. If a stake is purchased, I would like to hand over management, as I am under enormous time pressure due to other commitments. The company sells its own-brand products. A development plan for the coming years is in place.

We distribute functional and eco-friendly disposable products for the professional coffee-to-go sector. Our product range includes paper cups in various sizes, lids, stir sticks, as well as cup holders, paper plates, and wooden cutlery. The company also offers coffee beans and espresso blends. So far, we have sold exclusively online. In the next phase, we will also distribute our products locally.
The paper cups are our own brand.
We prefer partnerships. I need a partner with experience in sales.
