We are an entrepreneurial team: our managing directors have built up a property management group and a recruiting agency for the building services trade, complemented by a master craftsman in plumbing and heating installation and many years of experience in the financial sector. This provides concrete advantages—especially when it comes to recruiting skilled workers and leveraging our network in the real estate industry. Our focus is on long-term continuity and careful further development, not on a short-term solution. Continuity, employee retention, and respect for the owner’s life’s work are at the heart of our approach.
