Interested party introduction
Löffler Management GmbH, headquartered in Baar (Canton of Zug), is an owner-managed investment and management company. We acquire small and medium-sized enterprises as part of succession planning and in special situations outside of insolvency proceedings, acting as the business successors ourselves. We are not a financial investor with an exit strategy; rather, we operate with a long-term perspective. Our mission: to preserve regional values, modernize structures, and position businesses for the future. We view even challenging starting points as an entrepreneurial responsibility. Our guiding principle is: Think digitally. Act entrepreneurially. The managing partner is Philipp Löffler (HSG MBA). He brings many years of experience from senior positions at international auditing and consulting firms, with a focus on M&A transactions, IT due diligence, digitalization, and post-acquisition integration. In addition to the investment business, Löffler advises company management on IT and M&A matters and already manages an operational investment. We make decisions quickly, structure the transition in collaboration with the owner, and are committed to fair, reliable, and confidential cooperation.
