Our managing partners have themselves built, scaled and successfully sold businesses. We primarily support medium-sized companies with an annual turnover of approximately EUR 2 million or more throughout the entire transaction process: from initial strategic consultation and a thorough business valuation through to a structured search for buyers and successful contract negotiations. In doing so, we pursue a clear objective: maximum quality of results whilst providing individual, discreet and personalised support.

Our advisory approach is based on the conviction that sustainable transaction success extends far beyond financial indicators. In addition to determining a marketable enterprise value, we also specifically analyse strategic and qualitative value drivers in order to achieve the optimal positioning vis-à-vis investors and buyers.
