Amazon FBA Private Label Pet Care (Dogs, Cats, Horses) | 7 product lines | 265k in sales | 1,500+ reviews

What We Offer Private label for pet care (dogs, cats, horses), established on Amazon since 2023. Seven product lines in the areas of hygiene, grooming, diagnostics, and parasite protection. Registered German word mark, Amazon Brand Registry, dedicated brand store. Over 1,500 reviews, 4.0 to 4.6 stars. Figures • Revenue in 2024: €267,901; in 2025: €262,714 (net, annual financial statements) • Contribution margin after Amazon fees and advertising: approximately €36,000 each for 2024 and 2025; advertising costs account for 14 to 15 percent • Net income according to the 2024 financial statements: €4,684; 2025: €8,918, after fixed costs (tax consulting, software, insurance) and one-time consulting costs of approximately €7,400 in 2025 • Last twelve months: approximately €196,000 in net revenue, as inventory replenishment and advertising have been deliberately reduced since the beginning of the year. Two product lines grew by 87 and 153 percent, respectively, during the same period. • Owner works without a salary, time commitment of three to five hours per week Why we’re selling We are two founders who built the brand part-time starting in 2023, with the goal of developing it into an independent animal health brand. 2024 and 2025 were stable and promising. At the same time, our other ventures have grown and now take up all of our capacity. That’s why we intentionally scaled back a bit in 2026: fulfilling existing orders, no new products, and less advertising. The brand deserves someone who will actively lead it again. We’ll remain on board for the handover as long as it makes sense and will fully transfer our knowledge, manufacturers, processes, and documentation. How the Business Operates Two German contract manufacturers with a 30-day payment term, plus one imported item. The merchandise goes directly to Amazon. No warehouse, no full-time staff, no lease. Biocide notifications, safety data sheets, and product safety documentation are all available in full. The manufacturers will also supply a new owner. What a buyer can do with this (not included in the price) Four variants are currently unavailable; combined sales of approximately €40,000 in 2025; some of the goods are still with the manufacturer. Four product lines lack expanded product pages and videos. The top-selling product is priced about 30 percent below the category leader’s price. Offer Sale of the company (Amazon account and sales history remain intact) or the brand with its listings. Asking price: €59,000 plus inventory at cost, currently around €25,000. Training on manufacturers, the ordering process, and Amazon compliance included. Handover possible on short notice. Data room containing annual financial statements for 2022 through 2025, Amazon analytics, and compliance files available upon signing a confidentiality agreement.

Custom Machine Building for Industrial Metal Forming

We are exclusively representing the shareholder of a medium-sized German specialty machinery manufacturer in the sale of shares. The ownership stake has been deliberately left open: both a majority and a minority stake are possible. The company develops, designs, and builds systems for industrial metal forming. The foundation of its technology is a proprietary drive and operating principle developed over approximately 25 years of product and control system development, which enables higher precision, freely programmable motion sequences, and a compact, oil-free design compared to conventional technology. The company’s value creation lies in engineering, control technology, and commissioning. Each system is designed specifically for the project. Customers come from various industrial sectors, and as repeat customers, they regularly order follow-up machines. Following a weak year for the industry in 2025, the order situation has improved significantly: The order backlog and proposals in advanced stages are significantly above annual production capacity and extend at least through the end of 2027. The background to this is an age-related succession plan, structured simultaneously as a growth partnership: The commercial and technical management teams will remain in place regardless of this change. We are seeking a tech-savvy partner with capital and market access to facilitate scaling. Below, we present the company’s key metrics: -Revenue: 3.6–6.2 million EUR -Location: North Rhine-Westphalia -Employees: just under 20 -Adjusted EBITDA: up to 1.0 million EUR -In-house developed technology, registered trademark -Order backlog significantly higher than the previous year

A market-proven, manufacturer-independent car dealership

A market-proven, multi-brand car dealership with stable profitability, a good micro-location, and excellent macro-connectivity. Full-service car dealership with 30 years of market presence: Established over 30 years ago, this dealership is positioned as a multi-brand automotive specialist with a focus on Opel. The broad range of services includes new and used cars, an in-house master auto repair shop, a tire business, financing, vehicle rentals, and vehicle reconditioning. Strong base of regular and frequent customers: Approximately 60% of customers are repeat customers (up to the 7th year of ownership), and 700 tire storage contracts—each requiring two mandatory service visits per year—ensure predictable, recurring business volume independent of the new-car business. Countercyclical used-car purchasing as a differentiator: The company utilizes established—and, when necessary, international—sourcing channels to purchase vehicles countercyclically and with high margins. Vehicle financing is funded entirely from the company’s own cash flow—no bank debt. Future-proof infrastructure and electric mobility: Four employees with electric vehicle certification, 110 kW of charging capacity from the grid, and a 110 kW photovoltaic system position the company as a partner well-prepared for the transition to electric mobility. Flexible transition phase facilitated by the seller: The seller and managing partner is interested in a medium- to long-term transition phase—and would be happy to serve as managing director if desired.

Buying a company vs. buying a firm

Buying a company means acquiring an independent organizational unit that regularly carries out an economic activity. A company can consist of one or several business operations. An individual can also found such an independent unit if they regularly carry out an economic activity — in that case it is called a sole proprietorship. As a rule, sole proprietors don't have to register in the commercial register; without that registration, they don't legally count as a "firm." A trade name, colloquially a "firm," is the name under which a company or sole proprietor appears publicly and conducts its business. Buying "a firm" therefore technically means acquiring the company's name or trading name. In everyday use, though, it's used interchangeably with buying a company — i.e. acquiring the entire business.
