Since its founding, the company has steadily expanded its offerings through technological innovations, such as an ISO Class 7 cleanroom (approx. 150 m²) and ISO 13485 certification. At its modern production facility, which the company moved into in 2019, it has equipment for packaging hard and soft blisters, as well as several cleanrooms where products can be processed in a sterile environment. The range of services includes: • Production and assembly of minimally invasive instruments • Packaging and packaging design • Validation of clinical processes • Material procurement and logistics The company is exceptionally well-positioned to reach the next level of growth through upcoming innovations and a planned clinical trial. As part of the business succession plan, we are seeking a leader who possesses the necessary vision to guide the company into its next phase. Potential successors would include certified companies with access to the global market that can support upcoming research and development projects and optimize the financing structure to fully exploit the market potential. Specialist in green roofs seeks successor

The company was founded in 2001 and has established itself as an experienced systems partner for green roofs. Over 15 years of project experience in the planning and professional implementation of green roofs, retention roofs, biodiversity roofs, and combined solar-green roof solutions form the operational foundation of the company. By working exclusively with proven system designs from leading manufacturers, the company ensures a consistently high quality of workmanship. Clients come primarily from the construction industry—such as roofing contractors, general contractors, and developers—as well as from the municipal and commercial project sectors. Through its many years of nationwide activity, the company has built a solid reputation and a broad network of partner companies. These services help building owners and municipalities meet environmental, regulatory, and economic requirements for roof surfaces in equal measure. Green roofs improve the urban microclimate through evaporative cooling, promote biodiversity, and make a measurable contribution to the climate resilience of cities and communities. The company is characterized by a clearly differentiated market position, a stable customer base in structurally growing segments, and strong cross-functional expertise. With additional resources—particularly in the areas of further geographic expansion and the acquisition of new municipal clients—significant growth potential could be realized.

Well-established retail company—strong private label for cleaning and personal care products

The company sells consumer chemical products under its own brand, with a focus on household cleaning and automotive care. It operates highly efficiently with a lean workforce, highly automated processes (AI), and a fully digitized inventory management system (JTL). As a result, there is significant potential for scaling up, with over 28 products currently in development. Market expansion into the UK and the U.S. is already underway. A long-term, exclusive partnership with a fast-growing mid-sized manufacturer in Germany ensures product availability—95% of the products are produced exclusively for the company. The business is highly cash-flow optimized and minimizes the capital required for procurement. The appointed management team will remain on board long-term following the sale. A detailed scaling plan for the next three years calls for doubling the product range while maintaining the current staffing structure and existing processes. Additional growth opportunities arise from the company’s own online store, teleshopping, and B2B sales, as well as placement in brick-and-mortar retail stores. These prospects offer the potential to further develop the brand into one of the leading players in the household chemicals sector in Germany. The company is being sold directly by the shareholders. The reason for the sale is a change of location and personal and business changes affecting both shareholders.

With its existing workforce structure, the company offers significant potential for scaling, with over 25 products currently in development and market expansion into the UK and the U.S. A long-term, exclusive partnership with a mid-sized and, above all, growth-oriented manufacturer ensures continuous product availability—this manufacturer produces 95% of all products in Germany exclusively for our distribution. The company for sale is cash flow-optimized and structured in such a way that capital expenditure for purchasing goods is kept to a minimum. Buying a company vs. buying a firm

Buying a company means acquiring an independent organizational unit that regularly carries out an economic activity. A company can consist of one or several business operations. An individual can also found such an independent unit if they regularly carry out an economic activity — in that case it is called a sole proprietorship. As a rule, sole proprietors don't have to register in the commercial register; without that registration, they don't legally count as a "firm." A trade name, colloquially a "firm," is the name under which a company or sole proprietor appears publicly and conducts its business. Buying "a firm" therefore technically means acquiring the company's name or trading name. In everyday use, though, it's used interchangeably with buying a company — i.e. acquiring the entire business.
