reimbursement, as well as business travel planning and
reimbursement. These services are provided via a proprietary cloud solution or on the customers’ own
ERP systems.

In addition to the expertise and experience of its employees, the BU has a long-standing customer base in the upper mid-market and enterprise segments. The workforce consists of administrative staff, software developers, account managers, and support specialists.

The seller wishes to focus more strongly on products and
services in other HR segments in the future and is offering to sell the software solutions, customer base, and employees of the “Travel” business unit as part of an asset deal.
