Sustainable Logistics Project Seeks Investor
Company Description
We are seeking an investor, partner, or buyer for a sustainable project in the field of systems, intra-company, and general logistics—preferably someone who is already successfully active in the manufacture and distribution of pallets, particularly plastic pallets.
The development project is a European-patented “Modular Load-Carrying System” that is to be manufactured from 100% recycled plastic and, thanks to its modular structure—unlike industry standards—is 100% repairable!
Furthermore, thanks to the patented interface, the load carriers (currently available in Euro-pallet and half-pallet formats) can be connected using a bolt system to form load carriers of any size, and can be separated and reused after use.
Likewise, the interface, which is present on all sides, is designed to accommodate logistics components (casters, frames, load securing devices, load cells, etc.).
Due to the wide range of possible applications (pallet pooling, specific load carrier sizes for system logistics, etc.), the system can be used in virtually any area of logistics.
The project is currently at the prototype stage. German and European patents have been granted.
An investor and/or partner from the aforementioned sector is being sought for series production. A sale or licensing of the patent rights is also a possibility.
The seller and patent holder owns an engineering firm with approximately 30 years of expertise.
