Through our Polish M&A firm, we are offering the acquisition of shares in an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing company. The company manufactures high-quality plastic products (profiles, pipes, hoses, etc.) using extrusion. It enjoys an excellent reputation among its customers (primarily in the electrical industry). Its unique selling point is its ability to process and utilize waste that is difficult to recycle within a fully closed-loop system.

The company has an extensive machine park that currently supports 11 production lines. In addition, the company has its own silos for the granules it produces, as well as other machinery and equipment.

The customer base is well diversified. Customers (almost exclusively electrical engineering wholesalers) come from Poland as well as Denmark, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, and Germany, among other countries. There are also no one-sided dependencies on the supplier side.
