RV rental business with 6 well-maintained vehicles, specializing in family camping in Saxony-Anhalt—seasonal business

The company currently rents out six well-maintained motorhomes built between 2019 and 2021, which are available in two different vehicle types and cater to a variety of travel needs. All vehicles are fully equipped for vacations, including kitchenware for up to six people, an awning, a bike rack, a parking air conditioner, a large 140-liter automatic refrigerator, an automatic satellite TV system, and a wide range of camping accessories; one vehicle also features a trailer hitch.

In addition, the company provides professionally produced video tutorials, 360-degree views, and checklists for vehicle use and equipment on its website. This gives renters structured and practical preparation for using the RVs even before they set out on their trip, preventing operational errors, and allowing them to review the information again while driving—either via a provided USB drive or through a link. As a result, there are significantly fewer calls to the rental company regarding problems during the trip.

The company primarily serves B2C customers, particularly families and vacationers interested in camping who want to rent a comfortable and fully equipped RV for their trips. Customers appreciate the transparent online presentation, which includes professional videos, 360° views, and checklists, ensuring a well-prepared and hassle-free rental experience. The customer base, which has grown over the past ten years, along with numerous authentic 5-star reviews, attests to high customer satisfaction and a strong foundation of trust. The company has already received inquiries, reservations, and bookings totaling approximately 30,000 euros for 2027.

The motorhome rental market is part of Germany’s growing leisure, tourism, and independent travel market, particularly in the family-oriented camping vacation segment. Demand is driven by the desire for flexible, nature-oriented, and customizable travel options, as well as by the increasing popularity of camping, vacations with dogs, and RV-based vacations. In central Germany, the market offers attractive conditions due to the easy accessibility of numerous national and European travel destinations (proximity to the A36, A14, A2, and A9 highways), while digital booking and information services efficiently facilitate customer outreach and support.

Regionally, the company competes primarily with other RV and camper rental companies, as well as with private peer-to-peer rental services and alternative forms of family vacations such as vacation rentals, hotels, and package tours. Key differentiators include a decade of experience, a clear focus on families and vacations with dogs, and a professionally designed digital handover process featuring videos, 360° views, and checklists, which reduces the time and effort required for orientation. The excellent Google reviews, the fully equipped and well-maintained vehicles, and the proven demand evidenced by existing bookings strengthen the company’s competitive position and foster customer trust and referrals.
