This printed circuit board manufacturing company, which is currently up for sale as part of a planned succession plan, was founded in 1993. Six years later, a strategic acquisition was made by a second GmbH in the Netherlands.
The core business is the production of printed circuit boards in prototype, small-batch, and medium-batch runs (1 to 8 layers), as well as the trade in circuit boards from Far Eastern countries in the area of large-scale production. Production is carried out by 29 employees at a single German location. To handle the high volume of orders, the company has 4,700 m² of production space equipped with a high-performance fleet of machinery and tools tailored to the company’s needs, as well as high-quality operational and office equipment, along with the necessary licenses and IT infrastructure. The company generates 95% of its revenue from its 100 customers in Germany and the EU. A distinctive feature is the optimal integration of in-house production with well-established international trade relationships.
The customer base is well diversified. The current market value of the machinery is €1 million.
