Franchise Partner Sought to Take Over an Established Açaí Shop in the Ruhr Region

An açaí shop in the Ruhr region that has been in business for five years and employs eight people is for sale. For a purchase price of €150,000, the buyer will take over the ongoing operations, including the entire inventory, established processes, and the existing customer base.

Upon the acquisition, the buyer will become the seller’s franchise partner. This store is the first location to be transferred to a franchise partner. The franchise system is therefore currently being established. The first three months are royalty-free; in addition, the franchise partner receives territorial protection and will be given preferential consideration when additional locations are allocated. A second location in the same city is planned.

We are not looking for a purely financial investment, but rather for an individual who will actively manage the store on-site. Experience in the food service industry, retail, or team leadership is a plus. Detailed documentation will be provided upon review. Proof of equity or liquidity is required.
