Exhibition stand construction company, founded in 1990 as a small family business, is for sale due to personal circumstances. We operate throughout Germany, primarily in exhibition stand construction (80%) and retail fit-outs, set design, etc. (20%).
Given its size, the business is ideal for experienced newcomers or for acquisition as part of an expansion strategy.
We use the ALUVISION wall system (with a large inventory on hand), but are also happy to design trade show booths that do not look like standard modular structures. Booth sizes range from 8 to 150 square meters.
The company also has lighting equipment, trusses, media technology, rental furniture, kitchen furniture, as well as a small fleet of vehicles, including a 7.5-metric-ton truck, a Maxi Crafter, a 6.00-meter flatbed trailer, a 3.5-metric-ton forklift, and a pallet jack.
