B2B SaaS for Subscription and Rental Commerce, €1M Revenue, 85% Recurring
Company Description
The company is a B2B SaaS provider headquartered in Germany. Its platform is the software infrastructure brands and retailers use to offer physical products on a subscription, rental or leasing basis. It connects to a customer's existing online shop and payment providers and runs the full contract lifecycle behind them: credit check at checkout, recurring billing, tracking of each physical asset across rental cycles, returns and refurbishment, payment reminders and debt collection. General subscription billing tools were built for digital products and do not cover these steps, which is why customers choose a specialist platform over adapting a billing tool or building the capability themselves.
Key investment highlights
- Recurring revenue: total revenue of €1.0M in 2025, of which approximately €865K (85%) is recurring license revenue. Recurring license revenue grew 96% in 2024 and 42% in 2025. Customers pay a monthly license fee plus a commission on the subscription volume they process, so revenue grows as customers grow.
- High gross margin: 86% in 2025 and 92% in the first half of 2026, up from 61% in 2023.
- Diversified customers: 53 active customers as of June 2026 in more than a dozen countries, approximately 90% of them in Europe. No single customer accounts for more than approximately 6% of recurring revenue. Customers range from direct to consumer brands to enterprise retailers, in categories including mobility, optical, musical instruments, children's products, health, consumer electronics and furniture.
- Contract visibility: minimum terms are most commonly 12 to 24 months, and several enterprise agreements run 36 to 60 months.
- Stable team: 10 people, each with 2.5 to 6 years at the company. Both founders are willing to stay through a transition.
- Narrowing losses: the EBITDA loss fell from €798K in 2023 to €398K in 2024 and €220K in 2025, and was €88K in the first half of 2026. Management's plan reaches monthly EBITDA breakeven in November 2026 through cost reductions, without assuming revenue growth. The company is not yet profitable, and buyers who require positive EBITDA at acquisition should take that into account.
- Transaction: a full sale is the preferred path. The shareholders are also open to a majority transaction with the right strategic partner. There is no fixed asking price; qualified buyers are invited to submit an offer after reviewing the data room under NDA.
