Inhabergeführte Unternehmensgruppe sucht Kooperationen / Beteiligungen im Bereich Wundversorgung, sowie Handel mit Medizinprodukten & Praxisbedarf und Medizintechnik/ medizintechnischer Handel. Gesucht werden Unternehmen z.B. in altersbedingten Nachfolgesituationen sowie Beteiligungsmöglichkeiten bis hin zur Komplettübernahme. Unsere Mandanten sichern einen unkomplizierten, schnellen und reibungslosen Betriebsübergang zu. Die weitere Mitarbeit im Unternehmen ist möglich, so dass auch frühzeitige Nachfolgeregelungen in Frage kommen. Anbieter für Wundversorgungskonzepte, Handel mit Medizinprodukten, Verbandstoffhändler, Fachhändler für Praxis- und Sprechstundenbedarf, Medizintechnischer Handel, ggfs. auch incl. Technik- und Serviceabteilung. Der Mindestumsatz der gesuchten Unternehmen sollte bei > 1 Mio. € p.A. liegen. min. 1 Mio. € Jahresumsatz netto p.A. Positives EBIT über die letzten 5 Jahre. Konstante Firmenentwicklung erwartet. Für eine mögliche Beteiligung / Übernahme stehen Eigenmittel in Höhe von mehr als 2 Mio. € zur Verfügung Eine diskrete Behandlung aller Interessensbekundungen ist für unsere Mandanten selbstverständlich.
