SevenReasons Consulting is an independent, owner-managed consultancy specialising in supporting companies through all stages of the buying and selling process (M&A, succession).

Our focus is on medium-sized businesses and family-owned companies with an annual turnover of between 2 and 50 million euros and a workforce of between 5 and 250. We specialise in particular in asset-light sectors such as IT, software, telecommunications, healthcare IT, technology, consultancy and agencies, though we also provide cross-sector advice. We deliberately exclude only a few sectors, such as the catering and hospitality industries.

A particular focus is on providing early-stage advice and preparing companies for a successful sale or an orderly succession. Professional and timely planning increases the chances of an optimal outcome. This includes, amongst other things, a thorough business valuation, which we carry out using various methods.
