For more than 10 years, INTAGUS has been supporting medium-sized companies with business succession and managing the entire M&A process on behalf of its clients.

Based in the capital, Berlin, we facilitate both domestic and international M&A deals for profitable and growth-oriented medium-sized companies, as we understand the specific challenges they face.

To this end, INTAGUS combines practical business experience with academic analysis: our founding partner, Prof. Dr Holger Wassermann, also heads the KCE Centre of Excellence for Entrepreneurship and SMEs at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Among other things, in this academic capacity he has led the redevelopment of the renowned SME multiples of DUB.de Deutsche Unternehmerbörse. This continuously updated market data has, for the first time recently, enabled a detailed sector-specific analysis of corporate transactions within the SME sector.
