DMConsulting is a management consultancy founded in 2003, specialising in business succession, business acquisitions and strategic consultancy. Our clients are predominantly craft businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises throughout Germany.

DMConsulting was founded in 2003 by Dirk G. Müller, and the team has grown steadily over the following years to five staff members. In the early days, we focused primarily on start-up coaching, restructuring and investment structuring. Gradually, business succession has become the main focus of our work; thanks to our successful track record, we have built up an excellent reputation, a large network and the relevant expertise in this area. Due to current trends in the SME sector, business acquisitions have also become significantly more important in recent years, and this area now accounts for the majority of our client engagements.

Throughout the firm’s history, we have advised clients from the medical technology, biotechnology, information and telecommunications technology (ICT), innovation and research, mechanical engineering and project development sectors. Nowadays, most of our clients come from the skilled trades and the building services sector (TGA), particularly the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry, where we have built up an extensive network through our work.
