Investor Sought for Scalable Consumer Health Brand in the Vitamin Gummy Segment

An experienced founding team is building a new brand in the functional gummies/vitamin gummies sector and is seeking an investor or strategic growth partner for this venture. The planned market entry will initially focus on children’s vitamin gummies in the European market. The goal is to build a modern, trustworthy, and scalable consumer health brand with a strong e-commerce focus and future retail potential. The founding team has more than 5 years of e-commerce experience and has already successfully scaled a brand to high seven-figure revenue and established it as a leader in its category. The market opportunity is significant: International examples such as Grüns demonstrate the potential of gummy-based supplement systems. According to media reports, Grüns was acquired by Unilever at a valuation in the billions. A similar system, adapted for the European market, is now to be professionally developed. We are seeking capital for product development, production, brand building, performance marketing, e-commerce infrastructure, regulatory preparation, and scaling. We are looking for investors, business angels, or strategic partners with an interest in e-commerce, FMCG, supplements, health, food, retail, or brand building. Interested investors can receive further information about the concept, team, and investment model upon request.

Buying a company vs. buying a firm

Buying a company means acquiring an independent organizational unit that regularly carries out an economic activity. A company can consist of one or several business operations. An individual can also found such an independent unit if they regularly carry out an economic activity — in that case it is called a sole proprietorship. As a rule, sole proprietors don't have to register in the commercial register; without that registration, they don't legally count as a "firm." A trade name, colloquially a "firm," is the name under which a company or sole proprietor appears publicly and conducts its business. Buying "a firm" therefore technically means acquiring the company's name or trading name. In everyday use, though, it's used interchangeably with buying a company — i.e. acquiring the entire business.
