Established e-commerce/D2C brand (Shopify) | Beauty & Personal Care | €3.2 million in revenue by 2025

A German D2C and e-commerce brand in the beauty and personal care sector, established in 2023 and specializing in oral care, is for sale. Sales are conducted through the brand’s own Shopify online store. In 2025, the brand generated approximately €3.21 million in net revenue and has generated over 200,000 orders since its founding. The business is built on its own brand with protected trademark rights, an established customer base, and extensive experience and assets in performance marketing. Company Overview Founded in 2023, operated as a GmbH since 2024 Approximately €3.21 million in net revenue in 2025 Over 200,000 historical orders Proprietary brand with protected trademark rights Shopify-based direct sales Extensive historical customer and transaction data Proven Meta, Google, and influencer marketing strategies Established relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and fulfillment partners Expansion of the product portfolio into additional beauty categories Acquisition potential The brand has already been scaled to generate annual revenue in the millions. As part of a strategic realignment, operations were scaled back in 2026. For a buyer with existing e-commerce resources, this presents an opportunity to leverage the existing infrastructure, stabilize product availability and fulfillment, and resume previous sales and marketing activities. Additional areas for growth include reactivating the customer base, expanding the product range, cross-selling, and developing additional sales channels. Transaction The goal is a complete exit for the current owner. In principle, both an asset deal and a share deal are conceivable, subject to legal and economic due diligence. The scope of the sale may include, in particular, trademark rights, domains, Shopify infrastructure, digital marketing assets, product documentation, and existing business relationships, to the extent that these are transferable. A temporary handover is possible. Further financial metrics, the normalization of earnings, and the current operational and legal situation will be explained to qualified prospective buyers during the confidential due diligence process.

Energy Innovations - Heating Efficiency Analysis

Dear Successor, Dear Successor Reduce heating costs by up to 25% with the world’s fastest heating efficiency analysis using the Meter, the innovative “fever thermometer” for any heating system, and the Thermal-Hydraulic Optimization, a method for manual, temperature-based hydraulic balancing (Method T). 21 million heating systems in Germany and many more worldwide are waiting for the IoT-based Meter, which uses non-invasive temperature measurements to indicate the efficiency of each heating system via a traffic-light system. The cloud-based service calculates and sends alerts, while the portal displays the measurement data and forms the basis for a comprehensive database of heating operation data. Heating cost savings of up to 25% and a corresponding reduction in emissions have been evaluated in field measurements and confirmed in series operation. The meter is equally suitable for industrial, residential, and office buildings of any size and any type of heat generator (oil, gas, heat pumps, pellets, CHP, district heating, etc.). Target groups include business customers such as installers, energy consultants, chimney sweeps, metering service providers, property managers, and the real estate industry (industrial, residential, administrative, and office properties), as well as private customers. Series production has begun, and the first customers are already using the product.

Buying a company vs. buying a firm

Buying a company means acquiring an independent organizational unit that regularly carries out an economic activity. A company can consist of one or several business operations. An individual can also found such an independent unit if they regularly carry out an economic activity — in that case it is called a sole proprietorship. As a rule, sole proprietors don't have to register in the commercial register; without that registration, they don't legally count as a "firm." A trade name, colloquially a "firm," is the name under which a company or sole proprietor appears publicly and conducts its business. Buying "a firm" therefore technically means acquiring the company's name or trading name. In everyday use, though, it's used interchangeably with buying a company — i.e. acquiring the entire business.
