Vegan Protein Brand Using Amazon FBA, Shopify, and Shop Apotheke

An established brand for vegan protein powders and supplements is available for acquisition, with three existing sales channels: Amazon FBA, its own Shopify online store, and Shop Apotheke. This opportunity is particularly geared toward existing retailers, manufacturers, and brand operators looking to expand their product lines, as well as hands-on buyers with experience in e-commerce. You’ll take over a fully established brand complete with product listings, customer reviews, an online store, domains, product content, and existing supplier relationships. The product range includes seven protein varieties as well as complementary supplements and accessories. Vanilla and chocolate are among the bestsellers. Production is handled by contract manufacturers in Germany. Amazon orders are fulfilled via FBA; the remaining orders are fulfilled from the existing warehouse. According to the owner’s current estimate, the inventory is valued at approximately €20,000 at cost. The exact composition, quantities, and best-by dates will be disclosed during the sales process. Revenue in 2025 was in the range of approximately €100,000. Current financial figures and the cost structure will be provided confidentially upon expression of concrete interest. Opportunities for a buyer include integration into an existing logistics system, ongoing management of sales channels, and the expansion of customer loyalty and sales. The specific terms of the acquisition and the purchase price are negotiable and will depend on the agreed-upon scope. The transferability of the respective platform accesses and contracts will be reviewed. The reason for the sale is that the owners wish to focus their time on another joint project. We are seeking a buyer who will continue to operate the brand with their own operational focus. A prompt handover is the goal. If you are interested, we would be happy to receive a brief introduction and have a non-binding phone call. Following that, an inventory overview and additional documents can be provided confidentially.

Buying a company vs. buying a firm

Buying a company means acquiring an independent organizational unit that regularly carries out an economic activity. A company can consist of one or several business operations. An individual can also found such an independent unit if they regularly carry out an economic activity — in that case it is called a sole proprietorship. As a rule, sole proprietors don't have to register in the commercial register; without that registration, they don't legally count as a "firm." A trade name, colloquially a "firm," is the name under which a company or sole proprietor appears publicly and conducts its business. Buying "a firm" therefore technically means acquiring the company's name or trading name. In everyday use, though, it's used interchangeably with buying a company — i.e. acquiring the entire business.
