The care service has good potential for expansion through extending existing care routes or creating new ones. Following the departure of the sellers, in order to maintain accreditation based on the minimum staffing requirement of 1.85 FTE, the following staff members are needed in addition to the existing staff: 1 FTE registered nurse certified as a responsible nurse (§ 71(3) SGB XI) to serve as nursing service manager and at least 0.75 FTE registered nurse as deputy nursing manager; the remaining 0.1 FTE requires no specific qualifications.
