Lager-Logistik GmbH has shown steady positive growth in recent years and, with its warehousing, transshipment, handling, and customer-specific logistics services, offers a strategic buyer or investor the opportunity to acquire an existing operational platform in Northern Bavaria—complete with a transportation network, warehouse logistics, customer base, employees, and an EU Community License structure—and to further strengthen it through their own synergies.

The handover can be supported by the current owner, subject to agreement. Various models are conceivable, such as a complete sale, an equity investment, or the sale of the operating business combined with a long-term location/real estate solution.
