Provider of walk-through 1:1 floor plan projections for space and interior design planning

The company offers an immersive planning and presentation solution that displays digital floor plans on a walk-in surface using true-to-scale projection. In addition, modular cardboard furniture and other design elements are available to realistically simulate furnishing arrangements, circulation areas, and room proportions. The scope of services also includes the necessary projection technology, infrastructure, and existing video content; if needed, support can be provided for setting up the system at a new location.

The company caters to private homeowners and real estate buyers who want to experience their planned living space at actual size before construction begins. The focus is on reviewing the floor plan, furniture layout, and traffic flow, as well as identifying potential design flaws early on.

In the business customer segment, the company targets construction companies, prefabricated home builders, real estate developers, architecture and planning firms, and real estate agents. They can use the floor plan walkthrough as a consulting and sales tool for their clients. Other target groups include kitchen and furniture showrooms that wish to illustrate interior design concepts on a 1:1 scale.

The market for immersive planning and visualization solutions in the construction, real estate, architecture, and interior design sectors offers attractive growth opportunities, particularly in German-speaking countries. This growth is driven by rising demand for customized spatial concepts, the increasing complexity of construction and interior design projects, and the need to make decisions tangible and experiential even before implementation. The company benefits from this trend through a flexible concept that can be adapted to various professional users and locations and can also be used as a presentation and consulting solution.

The company competes not only with traditional floor plans and 3D visualizations but also with digital VR/AR solutions, architectural models, model homes, and interior design showrooms. Compared to these alternatives, the walk-through 1:1 model allows for an immediate assessment of room proportions, traffic flow, and furnishing options under realistic conditions. The combination of large-scale projection, complementary furnishings, and the existing technical equipment creates a vivid planning experience that is particularly well-suited for construction, real estate, and interior design projects. A sustainable market share or lasting contractual barriers to entry cannot be inferred from the available information; competitive advantages stem primarily from the specialized overall concept and the existing expertise in setup and operation.
