Annual Financial Statements
Annual financial statements are a financial report prepared at the end of the fiscal year. Regulations vary depending on the size of the company. Generally, for companies required to use the double-entry bookkeeping system, annual financial statements include a balance sheet, an income statement, notes to the financial statements, and a management report. Small businesses are only required to prepare a cash flow statement.
