The company operates a technology-enabled B2B2C platform that enables brands to launch their own, fully branded subscription products without needing their own infrastructure. To this end, the company provides an integrated white-label ecosystem. Brands can use this to quickly offer new digital subscription services under their own brand with minimal risk, thereby generating additional, high-margin, recurring revenue.
Launch partnerships with several established brands have already been largely finalized; the first market launches are ready to be signed and have been prepared for operational rollout. The CHF 1.3 million investment will be used to finance the initial launch expenses as well as the subsequent scaling of the platform.
Ideally, investors will have expertise in digital products, a network in retail, lifestyle, or consumer services, and the ability to actively support the company in professionalizing its organization, product, and sales. The minimum investment is CHF 100,000.
