Our client wants to invest in trade or production of goods for consumption. Therefore we search a business operating in the FMCG segment (food or non-food). Preferred locations would be in Niedersachen / HH / HB / Ostwestfalen-Lippe. The deal should be a complete take-over, majority take-over or a succession situation. Stable revenues and earnings would be an asset. A healthy customer portfolio, quality management and stable core business would be appreciated. Our strategic investor aims at improving national management of brand and quality and to expand business internationally.
